**The "All-IN!" package for pre-orders doesn't seem like a great deal. Why?**

The "All-IN!" level is being offered in the pre-order section to allow those who missed the campaign completely to acquire one of each unlocked item. The pledges that came to us during the KS campaign were priced at this same level, and we feel it is only fair to match the dollar amount paid in for both pledges and pre-orders on this item.

**Combined shipping?**

Of course! For pretty much everyone, combined shipping on multiple items will not exceed $.75 per additional piece. ! We are not here to try and profit any from shipping. That's not going to change.

**Overseas Shipping Responsibility**

Buyers and pledges are responsible for any taxes or other fees owed to their respective countries. Due to insurance regulations with the USPS, we MUST declare at full value legally, as well as to be covered by their basic insurance in case of loss or damages.

**Are there going to be horses?**

Let's go ahead and address the obvious question first. Short answer: YES! Longer answer, due to the costs of design and tooling this larger and more articulated figure, we've had to break our budget down into chunks for the lineup. Horses will be available in series 2, or if things go well, even earlier. Stay tuned!

**When do you hope to have all your items manufactured?**

They should be "on the water" shipping to us in the early Spring of 2018.

**What is your shipping strategy? (E.g. are you shipping items yourself or will you use a fulfillment partner?)**

We are hiring a team of 3 people (and partnering with Smalljoes.com) to work on shipping until it's complete at a location set up just for sorting and fulfillment. We estimate about 90 days to complete all KS and pre-order fulfillment at longest.

We are shipping USPS Priority Mail to everywhere (even Europe) to provide tracking to you door and a very modest amount of insurance. If you order will exceed $50, you should contact us for insurance above that amount in case of loss or damages.

Refunds for KS pledges are not being offered at this time. We will address any concerns on a case by case basis, and decide then if an exception will be made. Once again, please have all pertinent information at hand if you decide to contact us in this regard.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:

BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?

This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
