Some Notes and Thoughts on Future Additions

1) There is a FAQ set up on Backerkit, so please check there first before trying to send us questions. As we poll more commonly needed information, it will be added to that FAQ. If you cannot find the answer to a question in the FAQ, feel free to drop us a message on the Facebook page (fastest response) and an email.

2) Shipping has already been collected for those who participated in the Kickstarter campaign. While your order will show that you still need to pay that shipping, it should NOT charge you for it at final checkout. There is a small charge for each add on item that will go along with your KS pledge and that will be due when your order is placed.
3) Please be aware that as we have openly stated, we are running about 120 days behind schedule. This was necessary to address some changes in the design and add numbers to parts that might appear to be easily confused during production and assembly. Due to this delay (and provided there is nothing else unforseen) we are now expecting to ship sometime in the Spring of 2018. We will update and set a more exact date as we move through the manufacturing process.
4) One special item note: If you pledged for the "pick 5" package, and want to choose the KP Trooper as a reward, please do so first as your first choice. Due to the way the software works, this is the way it will need to process to insure you have all 7 different characters to choose from.
5) We are planning to charge cards for these initial orders this coming Sunday 10th evening. You will have until that time to make any changes that need to be implemented until that time. Once an order has been charged, it is locked up and cannot be combined with another order or added to. Please be aware. We will then charge off any pending order after this Sunday 10th, each Friday night afterwards. That means that the 15th would be the next cut off date, and so on until we have to lock everything down for final production numbers.
6) Regarding shipping for KS participants and BK preorders: KS guys will go out first and then preorders will follow. There should be about a 3 week difference between the 2 given our estimates. Any change in that timing, will be announced well ahead of shipping dates.
7) The Backerkit survey and preorders will be available until we have to lock down final production numbers for manufacturing. We expect this will run into October and maybe even slightly November. We are not currently placing any limits on multiples of the same items being purchased with the exception of the Badlands Vigliante. The terms for obtaining that figure are clearly laid out in the item description and should be well explained.

The first 35 surveys from Backerkit have gone out as a test to make sure there are no issues. Once these start to come back in, and everything goes well, all the remaining surveys will be sent out and we will open things up for preorders.
I will add a link to the pre-order store on both Facebook as Kickstarter pages for those who will need it. If you have contacted me privately asking about preorders (since you missed the KS), this is your heads up to be watching in the next few hours.
Backerkit Update

Here is where things are right now and tentative starting dates (finally). We are currently registering with Stripe, which will be the payment processor for all Backerkit payments. Once that is complete (hopefully this evening) we will be submitting the survey for revue.
BK has told us to expect no more than 2 days for that process, so that would put us starting the survey early this next week on either Monday or Tuesday. As there has been a lot of time spent working out bugs and other issues, we do expect this to go smoothly.
Some particulars about the survey:
The pricing structure and tiers have already posted been on our Facebook page. None of these has or will change any further. Plan your budget accordingly.
We will be processing payments once a week, at the end of the week. You will be able to go back and change or modify any orders made during that time UNTIL it has been charged off. Once that has been done, the order is locked and cannot be modified or combined with any other order. Please keep that in mind when finalizing your KS fulfillment and making preorders.
Shipping has been worked out to the best of our ability at this point. If there ends up being any egregious overcharge, refunds will be issued at the time of shipping. We apologize in advance if this affects anyone adversely, but with this many options in place, this was the best we could do.
Read the descriptions carefully please. Due to a bug in the software that cannot be addressed, the imported text from the KS descriptions does not have paragraph breaks and runs on into a block of text. I have included an extra question in those pledge levels with a picture of the items you will receive to prevent any confusion. Please, be aware.
Once the survey is approved, we will be turning it on in the evening of that day. I will send out a mass email through Kickstarter with the information, and you will be prompted to make selections at that time.
We are leaving the BK survey open until we have to lock down production numbers to their final count. Most likely this will take place in late November, early December. In any case, and whatever the date may be, we will announce this publicly, and give you 14 days before things are closed up and everything is final.
Work progresses in China, and once we start receiving test shots (and later paint samples) those will be posted publicly as updates. Thank you for bearing with us through our first run from KS to BK, and we look forward to shipping these figures our and getting our first "in hand" reaction next Spring!
